Job Description

The Business Development Associate has the opportunity to make an immediate and lasting impact through fulfilling the crucial responsibilities of researching, prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads to support the Real Estate team and the company as a whole.  This team member will be coachable, professional, and fearless in the pursuit to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources (inbound marketing leads, prospect lists, discovery and individual research).

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop qualified leads via telephone (cold calling) and mass communication such as email and social media contact to introduce Stay Alfred to potential business partners in order to promote the growth of Stay Alfred’s multifamily portfolio
  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to support the flow of consistent leads/prospects coming into the pipeline of suitable business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain market expertise relevant for Stay Alfred, including knowledge of the multifamily cycle in each assigned market
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within Customer Relationship Management or CRM software (Netsuite) by ensuring the accurate logging of all communications, information, and needed documentation

  • Excellent phone and written communication skills
  • Results oriented, proactive and highly responsive with great attention to detail
  • A tenacious work ethic and attitude for managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to think critically, creatively and independently to find innovative solutions

 

Technical Experience

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Social Media experience with LinkedIn preferred
