Accounts Payable Specialist Overview

The Accounts Payable Specialist has the opportunity to make a positive, immediate and lasting impact through the accurate data entry, billing research, and payment processing in our Accounting Department. If you are eager to succeed, teachable, and want to be a part of something big, we want to talk to you.


Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process parables in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Process expense reports in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with departmental procedures.
  • Projects a favorable image of the company to promote its aims and objectives. Foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance of all of its areas of endeavor.
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster aid promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate maximizing employee morale, productivity, and efficiency/effectiveness
     

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, 1 year similar experience and/or college courses in accounting preferred
  • Intermediate Excel skills, Google Suite familiarity
  • Netsuite experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow standard filing procedures.

  • Wage/Salary: $15.00-16.00/hour DOE
  • This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m
