Integration Support Engineer Overview
The Integration Support Engineer will establish a new role in a growing Technology Team, helping to troubleshoot and fix software issues within our production Azure environment and/or with various 3rd-party cloud integrations. The role will be pivotal to ensure our internal teams and external guests have quick evaluation and resolution of issues. Not only will you have the opportunity to work across our entire technology stack in Azure, but you will also oversee multiple, high-impact internal and guest facing products, including rich web and mobile experiences utilizing both internal and external APIs. In turn, you will become a customer advocate to influence feature development and roadmaps owned by core development teams and moreover, you will have a major impact on ensuring an amazing experience for thousands of Stay Alfred guests.
